We are thrilled to welcome the one and only Patrick Beach to our studio for a weekend of workshops.
International yoga teacher Patrick Beach leads vigorous and fluid vinyasa that builds strength, creates flexibility and inspires play. His calm and caring approach makes yoga relatable for all levels—informed by more than just intelligent alignment; his classes will move any willing student beyond pose aesthetics to an introspective, holistic experience that opens the chakras and cultivates awareness.
Practicing with Patrick will allow you to explore how the physical poses influence both your body and mind. Observing your thought patterns and discovering mindfulness through postures, movement, and inversions. Patrick’s teaching will help you become more present and ultimately how to use the practice to study yourself.

Friday 7/8/2016 6:00 - 8:00pm - Secrets of Unlocking the Shoulders through twists and binds - So often we find ourselves caught up on just one path or swirling the same old circles, with the same old narratives. Use this expansive, expectation shattering practice to break out of old habits and start moving in new directions! Learn to safely move your spine through its full range of motion with grace and ease. Expect to leave class with a new sense of space and a lighthearted mindset.
Saturday 7/9/2016 1:00 - 5:00pm - The Art of Inversions - Going upside down can be tricky business. Learn how to properly prepare your body for liftoff in handstand, headstand, and forearm balance. This extended workshop will give you the tools you need to build a strong home practice, helping you gain the confidence to move into these poses anywhere! All levels are welcome and will benefit from this workshop. Join Patrick as we skillfully breakdown these postures together, cultivating ease and lightness in your body.
Sunday 7/10/2016 1:00 - 3:00pm - A Complete Practice - Join Patrick for a well rounded yoga practice moving through asana, pranayama and meditation that will work to create a true connection between body and mind. Explore the moment as we center the mind, move the body, and dig into the rhythm of your breath. This all levels practice is a great way to open up the body, embrace new opportunities and challenges while still providing plenty of time to stay grounded in your comfort zone.
