Save Your Body is a Yamuna Body Rolling and Foot Fitness 6 class series geared toward accessing body release the way we are genetically encoded. Using your own body weight and breath against the Yamuna Balls from muscle origin to insertion creating release and ease in your muscle, tissue and skeletal system..If you are ready to take your body to the next level, by creating space, managing pain, finding alignment so you can experience your body in it’s full expansive self, this series is the class for you.
Series tuition is $120.00 for all 6 sessions. This is not a "drop in" series so a commitment to all 6 classes is required.
Classes will be held at 5:00pm and will last 90 minutes on the following dates: August 16th, August 23rd, August 30th, September 13th, September 20th, September 27th. We will not have class on September 6th in observance of the Labor Day Holiday weekend.
