Taylor, lovingly referred to as "Birdie" by her family and close friends, was inspired to become a Yoga teacher after working on her personal practice for nearly a decade. For the most part her practice has been grounded in Vinyasa Flow with her more recent focus shifting to Ashtanga. Taylor dedicates time to her mat 6 days per week as she understands that to be a great teacher it is important to always be a student. Because of this dedication Talyor relates to her students deeply, and is able to provide a wide array of options and modifications, providing both support and challenge for all levels of Yogi. Expect her classes to strong, mindful, and freeing, allowing you to experience healing from the inside out. Taylor creates an empowering space where students from all backgrounds are welcomed with open arms and will walk away feeling connected to their highest self.
