Lindsey started practicing Yoga to break a sweat and find a creative way to work out. After discovering Jivamukti Yoga and falling in love with the consistent flow, well thought out sequence, and philosophy, she decided to pass along her love for the practice and get certified to teach.
Lindsey strives to be a life long student and is always wanting to deepen her practice and understanding of yoga. Staying grounded through the connection to her students, her teachings resonate with the belief that we are all one, we are all connected and there is so much to learn from one another.
In Lindsey's classes you can expect to flow to good music (Pearl Jam!), clear instruction, and substantial movement to work out your body!
