Our next 6 Session Beginners Series is scheduled for January of 2018. Details and registration will be available in November. Please email us with your interest in this series and we will let you know as soon as registration is open.
Yoga is for everyone but we understand how scary it can be to step onto the mat for your first time. To help answer your questions, ease you in to a practice and allow you to embark on your Yoga journey with other beginners, we welcome you to join one of our Beginner Series programs. Each series is a progression of six 90 minute classes each building rom the previous weeks learnings. At the end of the series you will be prepared and confident enough to step into any of our ongoing all levels classes. Your commitment to all 6 classes in the series is required as drop in's will not be available. A big part of a Yoga practice is commitment and we want to make sure you get the most out of your time on the mat.
