We welcome you to our second 6 class Beginners Yoga Series! We know that coming to Yoga for your first time can be a little scary, trust us we were all right there with you once! We've designed our ongoing Beginners Series to help remove any doubt in your mind, create a nurturing environment, and to help get you on a path to finding your best self.
We are excited to present a 6 class Beginners Series of Hatha Yoga with the phenomenal Michelle Dickson . Hatha Yoga is often referred to as the "Yoga of Balance" and is the foundation of all modern Yoga practiced today. In this series you will learn to break down the basic poses, begin the practice of self care, and become familiar with the typical flow of a Yoga class. Over the course of the 6 classes you will see your body increase in strength and flexibility while bringing an overall sense of calm and full body awareness. In addition to the physical practice you will discuss and incorporate Yoga philosophy, breath work and meditation into your daily routine. Upon completion of the series you will have found the self-confidence, knowledge and awareness to join any level 1 class.
Enrollment into our Hatha Yoga Beginners Series is $110.00. Practice begins Saturday October 17th at 8:30am - 10:00am (90 minutes ) and will meet for 6 Saturdays ending on November 21st. No experience is necessary to join, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
By enrolling you are committing to all 6 classes. If you must miss a class you may be able to join one of our ongoing studio classes with Michelle, but no refunds will be given.
