Yoga is for everyone but we understand how scary it can be to step onto the mat for your first time. To help answer your questions, ease you in to a practice and allow you to embark on your Yoga journey with other beginners, we welcome you to join one of our Beginner Series programs. Each series is a progression of six 75 minute classes each building rom the previous weeks learnings. At the end of the series you will be prepared and confident enough to step into any of our ongoing all levels classes. Your commitment to all 6 classes in the series is required as drop in's will not be available. A big part of a Yoga practice is commitment and we want to make sure you get the most out of your time on the mat.
Please let us know if you have any questions about our Beginners Series or starting a Yoga practice. You may also read our New To Yoga page for some good Yoga 101.

We experience the immediate benefits after a yoga class; feeling entirely grounded with a sense of calm and sharpened focus.
