Over the course of the series you will learn the history and philosophy of Ashtanga Yoga and will explore the postures and methodology of the Primary Series Practice. The Primary Series or Yoga Chikitsa means Yoga Therapy. This carefully sequenced set of postures builds strength, increases flexibility and range of motion, and promotes detoxifying effects of the organs and mind.
